• Buying a product means you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Products are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

2. Payments

• A $50 deposit is required to secure your spot as a client (non-refundable).
• Payment is accepted through PayPal and Stripe (USD only).
• Remaining balance is due before receiving the product. Payment plans are available.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refunds After Purchase: Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are final.
• Review Period: You have 7 days to review and report any issues or request revisions. We’ll work to resolve them within this period.
• No Revisions After 7 Days: After 7 days, products are considered final and additional revisions require extra fees.

4. Product Delivery

• Digital products are delivered via download link to your checkout email address.
• It’s your responsibility to ensure a valid email address and download within any time limits provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Alchemy Digital Innovations is not liable for any damages resulting from using or not being able to use their products.
• They are not responsible for technical issues preventing access or use, such as internet connection or device compatibility problems.

6. Amendments

• Alchemy Digital Innovations reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be announced on their website and apply to all future transactions from the change date.
